The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook by Alissa Segerstern and Tom Malterre
The Dance of Spices by Laxmi Hiremath
The Real Food Daily Cookbook by Ann Gentry – this one’s a bit more complicated than some, but for special occasions it can’t be beat
The Food Allergy Survival Guide by V. Melina, J. Stepaniak, and D. Aronson – many of the recipes do need some tweaking here, but it’s a great effort nonetheless, and an excellent reference book to have on hand
